About
TJUK Group, a well-established and reputed player in the FMCG industry, was managing its order lifecycle through traditional channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. While this approach had worked in the early stages, it began creating operational inefficiencies as the business scaled leading to fragmented communication, lack of visibility, and no centralized tracking of orders.
Despite having a robust internal ERP system powered by SAP Business One, there was a clear gap on the customer-facing side. Orders received through multiple unstructured channels had to be manually entered into the system, increasing the chances of errors and delays. TJUK Group approached us to streamline this process and build a unified, scalable ordering solution.
Process
We designed and developed a customer-facing ordering application that acts as a single, standardized platform for all order placements. The application enables customers to browse products, place orders seamlessly, and maintain a clear record of their transactions.To ensure operational continuity and efficiency, we integrated the application directly with their existing SAP Business One system. Once an order is placed, it is automatically synced and processed within SAP, triggering the internal workflows without any manual intervention. This ensured a smooth bridge between the external ordering experience and internal operations.
Outcome
The implementation significantly transformed TJUK Group’s order management process by introducing a centralized and structured ordering channel. It eliminated dependency on informal communication methods and reduced manual data entry, thereby minimizing errors and improving overall efficiency. With real-time order tracking, better visibility, and seamless SAP integration, the business now operates with improved accuracy, faster processing times, and enhanced customer experience laying a strong foundation for future scalability and digital growth.
